Used on builds where the charge pipe system runs at 83mm throughout and a same-diameter 90 degree turn is required at a specific point in the routing.

• Size Context: At 83mm I.D., this elbow sits between the widely used 76mm and the 89mm sizes. It is a less common size that is used on specific builds where 3 inch piping is slightly undersized and 3.5 inch is too large for the application. If your existing pipe measures 83mm OD, this is the correct 90 degree elbow to match it.

• Temperature and Pressure Rating: Rated from -48 degrees C to 260 degrees C with a working pressure of 275 PSI. Built to handle sustained heat and boost pressure in turbo and intercooler applications where standard rubber elbows deteriorate, crack or collapse over time.

• Construction Note: 5mm wall thickness with multi-ply silicone reinforcement throughout. Black exterior with no logo for a clean engine bay finish. The blue interior liner is standard Takashi construction and is not a defect.

• Fitment Note: Both ends of this elbow connect to pipes with an outside diameter of approximately 83mm. Because 83mm is not as common as 76mm or 89mm, take extra care to confirm your pipe OD before ordering. Do not assume the size based on a kit or specification sheet alone as 83mm and 89mm can be easy to confuse when measuring loosely.
