SHIPPING:
We offer Parcel Post via Australia Post for orders under 20kg. This requires a signature on delivery, and extra cover is available but an additional cost may be incurred. For larger items and orders, we ship via a courier service such as TNT or Startrack.
An estimate of shipping and the cost of GST will be provided to you at checkout and before final payment. This will enable you to accurately determine the costs for:
- Delivery
- GST
- Total final cost
If shipping cannot be calculated for your address at checkout, please call one of our friendly staff to get a custom quote for shipping for your order. We endeavour to dispatch orders the same day when received by 2pm AEST on a business day, however we can't always guarantee same day dispatch due to order backlogs or unforeseen delays.
INTERNATIONAL:
We ship worldwide however some restrictions do apply depending on the carrier used. If you have any questions please contact us.
Please note that additional customs fees and duties may be applied upon arrival into your country.
LOCAL PICKUP:
You may pick up your order from Australian Auto Accessories at 6 Corporate Boulevard, Bayswater, VIC 3153. We are open from 8.00am until 5pm Monday to Friday. Not open public holidays.
DISPATCH:
We usually dispatch items within 24 hours when in stock.
