Engine Application: Built for the Small Block Ford Windsor 289 and 302 engine family. Suits classic Mustangs, Falcons, Fairlanes, Cobras, Broncos, F-trucks and Australian Falcon Windsor builds. Also a strong fit for Windsor swaps into hot rods, customs and street machine builds where a bright polished dress-up package ties the engine bay together.

Windsor vs Cleveland is Critical: Ford 289 and 302 Windsor and the 302C / 351C Cleveland are completely different engine families with different cylinder heads and different valve covers. They are not interchangeable. Windsor covers are narrower with bolts closer in, while Cleveland covers are wider with bolts further out and a more rectangular footprint. Confirm you have Windsor heads (not Cleveland) before ordering. The 302 Windsor and 302 Cleveland are the most common mix-up.

Tall Finned Profile: The tall design clears a high-lift camshaft, roller rockers, shaft mount rockers and stud girdles commonly used in performance Windsor builds. Standard height covers often foul on aftermarket roller valvetrain, which is where this profile earns its place. The raised fin design draws on factory performance styling from the 1950s and 1960s.

Source Windsor-specific valve cover gaskets separately, as gaskets are not included and Cleveland gaskets do not fit the narrower Windsor footprint. A push-in breather and PCV valve are typically sourced separately to suit your ventilation setup.
