• Application: The 57mm (2.25 inch) blue straight silicone hose suits turbocharger compressor outlet connections, intercooler inlet piping, and performance cold air intake systems on four-cylinder turbocharged engines where the 51mm size is too small and 63mm is too large.

• Size Context: At 57mm I.D., this hose is a common size on factory turbo setups found in Japanese and European four-cylinder vehicles. It is also a popular upgrade size when replacing deteriorated rubber hoses on mildly modified turbo builds.

• Temperature and Pressure Rating: Rated from -48 degrees C to 260 degrees C with a working pressure of 275 PSI. Suitable for sustained turbo and intercooler use where underbonnet heat and boost pressure would cause standard rubber hoses to crack or collapse over time.

• Construction Note: 5mm wall thickness with multi-ply silicone reinforcement throughout. The blue exterior carries the Takashi logo. The interior liner is also blue, which is standard construction for this range.

• Fitment Note: Connects to pipes with an outside diameter of approximately 57mm. Measure your existing pipe OD before ordering. Do not size by your old hose internal bore alone as rubber wall thickness varies and can give a misleading measurement.

• What to Pair With It: Use with a 57mm (2.25 inch) T-bolt clamp at each end for a secure, leak-free connection on turbo and intercooler plumbing.
